Ewart Special Works is a family run company which has been established for over a decade specialising in building refurbishment within the M25 demise. Typically we carry out internal and external works to privately owned flat developments consisting of brick and stone repairs, brick cleaning, roofing, decorations whilst internally works consist of electrical, decorations and floor finishes.
We understand that successful projects are built on collaboration. That’s why we work closely with managing agents and surveyors to ensure that every aspect of the projects we run are completed within defined budgets and time. We have a high standard of work with particular attention to detailing to ensure that all works carried out will stand the test of time.
Our Management structure has evolved into a hands on approach with continual supervision of the works throughout the contract and to the end of any defects liability periods, we also pride ourselves on being a part of the overall project team.
